Orders & Shipping
All products are unique pieces made to order. Orders will be shipped within 2 weeks, sometimes production time might require 3-4 weeks.
Shipping costs can vary depending on the destination. Cumulative orders get a discount on shipping. For urgent orders or pricing questions, please contact info@jacobsroom.it

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund. Items returned must be unused and in original condition, packed in their original protective packaging. Shipping costs in case of a return are paid by the customer. Shipping must be tracked.

All orders placed on jacobsroom.it can be returned to jacobsroom.

Until your return is received, the items and their condition are your responsibility.
An email will be sent to confirm your return has been received and your refund processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
You will have to send the item back for a refund to be processed, and place a new order for the alternate item.
